Almclk allows you to set an alarm at your terminal. Almclk allows you to set an alarm at your terminal. It will send a message to your terminal when the alarm goes off, and it will pop up a window if possible.

If you are not logged in at the time, an e-mail message will be sent to you. You can customize the alarm by specifying a message of your choice.

This message will be printed when the alarm goes off. Also, a 5-minute warning is sent to your terminal and popped up as a window if possible.

If you wish to kill the alarm, a script is created for you to do so. The tool can be invoked with or without arguments. Necessary information is prompted for.
Almclk is a C/C++ script for Modules scripts design by Mark Tischler. It runs on following operating system: Linux / BSD.
